I’ve always been interested in trying the meal prep services – but have never taken the plunge. I don’t know if it’s the price and the fact that I compare the cost from making it at-home but looking through the menus, it looks like there are some delicious options available.
On those nights when I don’t feel like cooking, it might be nice to give it a try and have a few ready prepared meals in the freezer. Here are four of the options available for meal prep services in Edmonton:
Cena (Sherwood Park)
Pros: $30 fees are waived for New Moms (love this feature) three months before, and three months after birth.
Cons: No option for you to prep the meal due to time constraints – looks like you are going to automatically pay the $30 assembly fee.
