On Sunday mornings we’re rushed out the door. We have gymnastics that start way before the morning caffeine kicks in – and the kids are rushed to get dressed and ready to go. On those mornings, it’s not likely that we’re going to have the time to have breakfast until class is over, forty-five minutes later. It’s those mornings that we need healthy options the most.
