Easy Perogy Casserole
1 cup cream cheese
3 cups chicken broth
1 large bag perogies (or two small boxes/bags)
chopped green onions
2 cups shredded cheese
First, combine the cream cheese and chicken broth in a saucepan until smooth. While it’s melting, divide the perogies (uncooked) into the freezer dishes and add the bacon, cheese and green onions. Top with the cream cheese/chicken broth mixture. Close the freezer containers, label and place them in the freezer.
To reheat: 350 degrees for 35 minutes (covered) Serve with sour cream.
