There are many good reasons throughout the summer to keep the kids up past their bedtime, like, sitting around the campfire, blowing glow in the dark bubbles and playing glow in the dark tag outside. I’ve just discovered a new reason to keep the kids up late through the week on Tuesday nights, and that’s to check out the free movies on the Square every Tuesday.
August 5 – Rio 2
August 12 – The Lego Movie
August 19 – Frozen
August 26 – The Amazing Spiderman 2
The entertainment at the square starts at 7pm, and the movies begin at dusk (usually around 9). There are lots of fun activities to check out, and getting one of the best seats in the house might be a great reason to head there early, but with little kids, you’re going to be better off waiting for a little longer before they’re being encouraged to sit still and watch the movie. Usually, one of us will take Olivia early to check out the activities and then one will come a little later, right before the movie, with Violet.
Tip: Show your scene VIP debit or visa card (first 50) to get VIP seating and first 300 people get FREE popcorn
