Snoring is one of those things high on my list of sounds that slowly make me crazy. I’m usually a heavy sleeper but between a spring cold, air conditioning and deep sleep – Monday night was one of those nights that I was kept up late into the night by snoring.
Not believing me until I convinced him with my feet (because that’s obviously the quickest way to wake up a snoring partner) he woke up for a moment and immediately fell back asleep.
An hour later, I finally did too.
I’m a data-junkie. I track steps, I track flights of stairs climbed and I track sleep patterns. Every morning I wake up I check the data from the night, determining how frequently and for how long, I was restless through the night. With kids that sleep through the night – those restless patterns are now usually blamed on snoring beside me.
Breathe Right Sleepwise App
Can you relate? Or are you the snorer? If you’re wondering how your partner’s snoring is impacting the quality of your sleep, try using the Breathe Right Sleepwise App. Through the app, you can track snoring and prove to your partner that (despite what he may think), his snoring is not endearing.
Once the results have been captured, you can determine the loudest point of the night and even create a comparison of nights that Breathe Right strips are used, and nights that they aren’t.
Tip: Download the Sleepwise App and get a free sample of six Breathe Right Strips (for those summer colds or intermittent snoring).
I’m thankful that the snoring I’ve had to endure has never been as loud as rusty chainsaw – but isn’t it kind of cool that you can give the culprit keeping you up at night an example of just how loud they really are?
