How to Save on Kids Clothes

Lori Saving Money

I know there is still snow on the ground but last night I started to think about Summer. It might be the fact that it was 3am and I was still awake after an epic first-time-crying-it-out session that left me wide awake.

So, I browsed through a few of my favorite kids clothes websites Target, Roxy and eBay to browse and look for kids clothes deals. It’s the way that I can stay organized while shopping.

While I was up, I thought I might as well make a list for each of the kids for the clothes they are going to need for the summer season (the minimum) and help to plan a season ahead to avoid last minute shopping.

Planning a list for the next season saves money. It means you can go through the kids closet and see what you have already on the list (picked up from last season) and can allow you to shop early and find the best clothes deals for the kids. It stops you from overspending and over-buying. For me, it stops me from buying glittery shoes, party dresses and that’s all and forgetting some of the basics on the list. Plus, it saves time and it’s something that I do every season.

Do you plan your kids clothes shopping trips in advance?
