On December 11, a Christmas present was purchased. A christmas present that I had been coveting for a few months, but the frugal in me didn’t want to splurge on a several hundred dollar camera right before the holidays. Extra expenses, kids, bills to pay - not the time to splurge on a camera, right?
Christmas came and Frugal Dad surprised me with the camera on Christmas Eve, I was going to have to have time to get it set up before taking pictures of the kids in the morning. Best surprise ever.
Fast forward to January 14th when we visit Costco for our Monday trip that we’ve skipped for a few weeks and the price decreased by $51. down to $399 but Outside of the thirty day window they wouldn’t adjust the price, but as I was reading through a Red Flag Deals forum people suggested to return the camera, re-buy it at the lowered price.
For $51 - would you return the camera? Or, would you just keep it and ignore the price difference?
