Easy Night Table Phone Cord Hack for Clutter Free Table Tops

Lori Uncategorized

Night Table HackIf there’s one thing that I hate, it’s table top clutter. I can’t think when there’s clutter and I generally try to avoid it through the house, but it’s hard when devices are plugged in and charging all over the place - so when we bought new night tables for our bedroom, I decided that we need to do something to make them tech + bedroom friendly.

We used a large size drill bit to drill through the back side of the drawer. Create a hole (Or you could do a line) that’s just large enough for the smallest end of the device charging cord to fit through, and replace the drawer back inside the unit. To avoid cord clutter, I used a bit of tape to secure the cords to the back of the legs of the night table, and help to decrease some of the cord clutter.

Now, we can charge devices, and leave them plugged in at night without having clutter all over the tables in the bedroom, and it took a simple three minute hack to do the trick.
