The First Shift makes the hockey experience possible for everyone. We provide all the equipment and necessities for the program so all you have to do is show up and get involved. Our goal is to change the way hockey is offered to bring 1,000,000 new families into the sport worldwide over the next 10 years.
The First Shift gives children between the ages of 6-10 that have never played hockey before an introduction into the game, the equipment they need to get started and hands on experience with the game.
To get started and find a program near you, go the First Shift website, and enter your postal code. This will pull up programs near you. From there, you can fill out information to get on the pre-registration list, before you’re able to enter the program.
