I can’t think of a better way to spend Valentine’s day this year. The hot pools were perfect for us to spend some time in together as we stole away a few moments during nap time, and also great for the kids to tag along. No less than ten times during the weekend when we were out and about walking around did I hear ‘Oh, I can’t wait to go for a soak‘ from four-year-old-going-on-fourteen Olivia.

5/ Aveda Toiletries. Need I say more? Small luxuries like rosemary mint shampoo + cozy robes make it a luxurious weekend away, even if you are changing pull-ups and wiping up messes. Small luxuries people, small luxuries.

6/ The bath tub. With water that comes from the ceiling you are not going to be able to get your little people out of that bath tub. I think that’s where the kids spent most of their weekend. Bubbles, water from the ceiling, a rainfall shower head, a few brought-along bath toys and some plastic champagne glasses filled with ‘fizzy juice’ and these kids were living life large with a weekend away. You (and the kids) are going to love it.
