I try to do it every night, but to be completely honest there are days like yesterday when I fall into bed and barely make it through a couple of pages of the latest book I’m reading. On those nights, I’m not good to my skin. My morning regimen consists of tinted moisturizer so there’s not a lot I need to wash off but there’s still sunscreen and other junk I should be washing off of my skin before I go to sleep.
During the winter, I’m faithful to my coconut oil. I use it with water to remove make up, wash and moisturize my face. During the summer though, when things start to get a bit more complicated than simply tinted moisturizer. Coming into the warmer months though, coconut oil just doesn’t work.
Now that spring is here, we’re spending more time outside and there’s been a couple of days where we’ve gotten out the Sunscreen, applied it to the kids and myself.

Updated in February: I’ve been using this product since May. I’m on my third or fourth container of it. Looking in the mirror this week, I noticeably had lost that ‘healthy skin glow’ from skipping it for almost a month. I was reminded of how incredible it was, three days back to routine and my skin looked much healthier.
