Mudpie Kids Club + Wonder Woman Fitness
Mudpie Kids Club | Playmaker U and Mudpie Parties have teamed up to bring together a program designed for children to focus on U-fit, creative play, the signature Mudpie character themes and the Mudpie lifestyle. Children will learn about well-balanced eating, healthy living, dynamic movement, independence, free thinking, problem solving, and working as a team through the program. Parents have the option to sign up for sessions, or combine the Mudpie Kids Club with the Wonder Woman fitness program, with childcare made easy (and fun).
Wonder Woman Fitness Program | A combination of HIIT training, core exercises, cardio and weight training are all used to help you lose weight, gain muscle and improve overall health and fitness. We’re here to give you the weight room knowledge you need to fit right in line with any athlete in the weight room with you, by training you like one. Wonder Women is for people of all fitness levels looking to kick start their fitness goals but want to learn around other beginners like them, along with optional children’s programming while you’re working up a sweat.
