Costco can be a great place to purchase school supplies, especially if you’re shopping for multiple children or trying to complete a list that’s got something like eight types of glue on it. A lot of the products are a great deal not only for school, but for home during the school year, and since they’re only available at this time of the year, it’s a good time to stock up.
Basic School Supplies
Pens, pencils, glue and more can be found in the back to school section at your local store. 60 pencils for $8.49, 30 pack of mechanical pencils for $9.89. Last year we bought these pencils and I found the to be a great value compared to less expensive brands because of the bonus erasers, and the fact that they write smoothly.
The boogie boards are a great addition this year, and come with the Boogie Board, case, stylus for $25. In addition, there are packages with a regular and scientific calculator for only $11.99 to be found in-store too.
Backpacks and Lunch Kits
Costco backpacks and lunch kits come highly recommended by parents that prefer high quality items that are going to last the year (and longer).
Here are a couple of the backpacks currently available at Costco, I’ll update with more of the deals as they become available in-store, right you can find Marvel Avengers and Disney Frozen backpacks ($16.99), in addition to the Roots backpacks that you can find every year at Costco.
For us, the great deals here were the glue, the crayola markers (at-home use) and the backpacks - like I said before, the Roots backpacks come highly highly rated, and are of great quality for $21. Share your Costco deals for back to school below -
Thanks, I will checkbit out.
