Fear the Walking Dead

Gracepoint
Tragedy strikes Gracepoint, a town in Northern California, when a young boy is found dead on a beach. When authorities quickly declare the death a homicide, the town’s residents turn against one another, and amedia frenzy erupts. Detective Emmett Carver, a by-the-book cop, is brought in to fill a high position in Gracepoint’s police force and lead the investigation. Detective Ellie Miller, who had been promised Carver’s position, must set aside her resentment about that and research the case with her new boss.

The Honourable Woman
Catch Maggie Gyllenhaal’s Golden Globe winning performance as Nessa Stein in this acclaimed political thriller. As children, Nessa and her brother witnessed the assassination of their father, a well-known Israeli arms manufacturer. Now in her thirties, she has taken control of the company and refocused its purpose on connecting Palestine and Israel to promote peace. Ennobled for her work, the newly-made Baroness must fight forces that are conspiring against her as she awards a highly lucrative contract to a Palestinian businessman… who is subsequently found dead. The investigation turns into an international manhunt in which truth and trust continuously shift as the CIA, MI6 and Mossad all operate with their own agendas.

Narcos
Narcos gives you a chronicled look at the criminal exploits of Colombian drug lord Pablo Escobar. Narcos is mostly subtitled, so it’s a binge watch when the kids are in bed and you can actually pay attention to what’s going on. It’s a fascinating look into the drug cartel, and leaves the season more interesting than it started.
