This summer, you can explore Woodlands County and win. Easily one of our favourite spots for day trips, the kids love spending time at Blue Ridge Recreation Area, Hard Luck Canyon, creating an epic day trip itinerary that includes biking, kid-friendly hiking and fun tubing down the river slides.
Families that want to come and experience everything that Whitecourt has to offer through the summer months can take part in the Bring It! Tour and win up to $3,000 in prizes.
Whether you live in Woodlands County or not, come visit the local attractions between June 18th – June 26th for your chance to take part in the summer contest. With fun things to do, like tubing the Mcleod River, there are many, many ways to create a fun day trip from Edmonton.
Bring It! Tour 2016
- Make a team of 2 or more people with at least one teammate over the age of 18. *5 Bonus Points for teams with at least one (if not all) members living outside the county.*
- Register your team BEFORE June 10th
- Pick up a selfie stick from either the Whitecourt or Fort Assiniboine office if you don’t have your own Visit as many Woodlands County attractions as you can, but take time to enjoy each one! It’s not a race.
- Upload a photo from each site with your team tagged in it to Facebook #woodlandscounty
To register your team, visit woodlands.ab.ca and start a summer of exploring! Photos submitted to the contest will be judged by a panel of winning judges and will be chosen by July 6, 2016.
